• Check your email regularly for news, details of events and meetings. 90% of communication goes via email, as this is quick, easy and most importantly, free!
• Get practical and emotional support from people who know what it’s like to bring up more than one by simply asking for help. If we don’t hear from you, we presume life is going swimmingly!
• Use our Tamba magazines, DVDs, booklets.
  Come to our monthly meetings in the evenings and enjoy chatting with other parents and adding your contribution to the running of the club
• Sell and/or buy at our bi-annual nearly new sales.
  Use our new club library of books and magazines on multiples for free.
• Ask for discounts in selected shops and online stores.

• Come along to our parent and toddler day groups and relax, exchange tips and info while your babies or toddlers play.
• Find out about antenatal classes for mums expecting multiples and come to our parent craft class or the hospital to share your experiences.
• Volunteer for the club.
